Pros

There are no Pros there was no Pros in this company the management team is horrible they lied to me offering false hope and refused to pay me when I left.

Cons

I've been in business development for over 11 years I did my interview and Innovative vision and got the job. I quickly learned that there's no structure for management I was told that I was going to be a team lead that supervisor interview however I was put on the phone to make phone calls and make sales. I've listened to the supervisors on the floor and they are the one who should be closing the sales for the reps and they're so rude to the clients on the phone. Through training is really bad and poorly done. They charge me $50 for a headset that wasn't even working and $15 for a parking pass that I never even got when it came for me picking up my paycheck after I quit they refuse to answer my calls or respond to my emails.

None Right off the highway and bus stop.

Cons

$15.00 access card + $50.00 headphones + $90.00 parking pass Cut from bi monthly paychecks Very repetitive work. No motivation to be productive. Low salary. Training is useless. Put you on phones right away to get sales They use this tactic to lose employees who dont comeback for first paycheck and keep the their earned money. Like stealing
