Pros

There are some very good people at Inoapps unfortunately they are stifled and unsupported or forced out especially if their knowledge is greater than the Senior Management Team. Work/life balance is great!

Cons

During my time at Inoapps I had come to realise that inflated egos, office politics and administrative incompetence would prove to be bigger obstacles to my success. These dynamics are not conducive to innovation and productivity. They do not value you as an employee! The pay is ridiculous with false hopes and there is no set structure to the bonus. They make promises they can’t keep and when they don’t feel your need to their business the pressure of making you feel deflated and non-motivational strikes so easily! The Management team’s behaviours around this is appalling and if anyone in their right minds wonders why there is a vast amount of people actually leaving Inoapps! Then you wouldn’t need to even think twice! Due to ambiguous policies and procedures and the inconsistent application and enforcement of both, employees are deprived of fair and equitable treatment. The ongoing culture of bullying and intimidation from within the highest levels of the organisation makes it a challenging environment to work within for all those employees who face the same behavioural attitudes from the Senior Management team and their immediate reports who are essentially nodding dogs who agree with everything and can never seem to form any opinion by themselves for fear of losing their jobs! Fortunately for me, I knew and I am very well aware of the value I bring to a team. I refused to settle for any form of disrespect or maltreatment, particularly from individuals whose only credibility resides in their job title as opposed to demonstrate excellence and leadership. Im positive my experience isn’t an isolated one. The sales target is so unrealistic within Inoapps which has also been highlighted by lack of employee engagement and satisfaction are further evidence of Inoapps inability to attract, develop and retain talent! I could share more for the purposes of a review but I have little faith that an organisation which is rampant with nepotism and cronyism would take any information gathered and compile it to formulate any type of retention strategy.

Pros

There are no pros at all

Cons

- Non-existent managament - 'CEO' Bird is an opportunist who has no idea how to run or manage a company let alone how to treat stuff - 'CEO' Bird is a known bully who has tried several times to ruin the careers of employees who have tried to leave the company; even threatened legal action in order to destroy future opportunities for staff - The company itself claims to be an Oracle Applications specialist, yet they have not delivered a successful implementation to date. All of their disastrous projects have to then be fixed by other Oracle implementation partners - The company simply exists to rip off clients and claim as much money as possible. From experience, they try to charge clients thousands of pounds for something which takes one minute to complete - Clients themselves are not satisfied with their service hence why they never win any Oracle Usergroup awards - Inoapps are only named as an Oracle partner as they purchase so many licences which is what Oracle base their awards on - it is not based on the performance of Inoapps themselves - The reputation of this company is so bad in the Oracle community as they are known for poor performance and are now not winning any projects in the UK hence why they are trying to specialise in industry speicific solutions (for example, construction (Fyi - the design for this was stolen from an employee and utilised for their own money making scheme) and trying to win more work in USA - Overall, the worst company you could possibly work for - take this advice or learn the hard way
