Pros
none except for the good people that are stuck for now.
Cons
Morale is very low; key people & subject matter experts were let go; upper management in chaos, basically clueless; RIFs every year, but the last one in June 2015 was the worst, more on the way! Investors need to hire new management as soon as possible.
