Great team play between the colleagues - may it be Sales, Marketing, Technical teams - all know that cooperation is the key to success. Fair payment, Talking with the management is on eye level. Many team members are ready to go "the extra mile". The new CEO is very supportive. All have the strong will to succeed.

Cons

The sales leader asks for value based sales, which is not that easy to adapt. Market is tough, Company tries to make a change from Full Service Provider towards Platform provider. There is some tension.
