Pros

Colleagues were fun to work with, and it was a steep learning curve. Able to pick up lots of things on the Job.

Cons

As with any start up, lack of guidance. While colleagues and team members were great, the big boss was a tad manipulative and toxic

Pros

- Extremely supportive and helpful colleagues - Learning new things everyday - Good pantry That's about it - there seems to be a significant difference between KL and SG offices

Cons

- Product is driven by customer feedback and feature requests - Limited/no focus on R&D and refactoring of legacy codes to existing features - Constant bug fixes, system instability - Management has his own way of thinking (unrealistic), repeated false assurances, lack of proper planning - No bonus (AWS, PB etc.), no medical insurance coverage - Pay in SG is definitely not competitive and falls below market rate
