Toxic Place plagued with bullying

Pros

You learn some cool software to show off

Cons

Pretty horrible working environment, plagued with high turnover. HR is a joke (CEO's wife, who is always moody and disrespectful - she treats employees like slaves and sugar coats talk with toxic positivity). Not an authentic place. Everyone wears a mask, don't expect to make friends. Your coworkers are competitors. Andy fires employees on an impulse to show that he is in charge. Kind of a joke of a working environment.

Pros

They do things the right way, buy in, contribute and push yourself. You will be rewarded if you do, you will be held accountable if you don't. Great opportunity if you get the chance.

Cons

It is 100% remote, there are a lot of meetings (maybe less now) to help stay on track. Could be difficult to catch your stride if you're not 100% committed to the job and your profession. If you're good and you work hard you'll do well -- if not, your tenure will be short.

Pros

You can take advantage of your time there and you're never questioned.

Cons

- Leadership and management practices raise serious concerns. - Employee turnover is high, with varying reasons for departures that contradict what is really going on. - The company has experienced a significant loss of key clients in a short span. - Communication with the organization overall needs vast improvement. - There are discrepancies between stated workforce size and actual staff numbers. - Employee input and engagement does not lead to tangible improvements. - Human resources management practices need review. - Accuracy in public representation should be a priority but there tends to be a lean towards misrepresentation.
