None that I can Remember

- People here are terrible at skills (both managerial and technical). - Seniors here in insonix live in fairy tale imaginary world where they think the world is only limited to insonix. World Starts from insonix and ends from insonix. - They blame everything on developer even if management or TL are the one who caused the issue. - Management don't know how to talk. - Work culture is weird if you have worked in some other company before you would easily note how stupid seniors are there. - Team lead only job here is to talk to client, upload war to tomcat and change some configuration settings. TLs here are technically inferior leaving all the burden to developer which they hire cheaply. - They think developers are something they can easily find like there is a labour chowk of developers. They won't hire anyone who asks more than 25000 per month. They have habit of hire and fire. - Inferior management first they fire you like you are totally useless to them. Then after few days they call you for help for previous tasks. Of course no one will help them after that. - They hire you for one technology and can put you in anything. they hired me for java asked me to work in scala, akka, python. - The only thing you can imagine after seeing people here is a sinking ship. As they have no good projects.

Pros

Working remotely with Insonix and having no issue till now. I used to work innoffice and use to have very good environment to work on. Can share views openly

There is no process or flow of execution for working or completing a project.

Pros

After leaving Insonix I came to know the value of this company. The atmosphere and culture is very positive and energetic at Insonix. Management took hard decisions but against bad people. If they hire and then fire people after every project then how a company can become 50 people company starting from 6 people. Management have very clear view- Good for good people and good for bad people and BAD for WORST people.
