Pros

During my time there I found the work to be mostly challenging and quite fulflling. Culture is good. Good colleagues and fun environment. Also have good benefits like unlimited holiday days and we can choose to work from home when we wanted.

Cons

Can sometimes feel a bit chaotic, however I felt this environment suited me as I am always feeling I am learning and growing. Overall I recommend as good place to work.

Pros

Remote Work, Decent Product, and decent compensation/benefits

Cons

- Terrible leadership and toxic leadership culture. - Fire and Hire Environment - Founders and COO will only point fingers at employees, yet never acknowledge their own mistakes. - Many senior leadership people have been hired and fired in a very short time span, while many of them actually brought great results. - Will make big promises in the beginning or interviews, but every week there is a new direction or "transformation".

Pros

There were no payroll delays that I observed

Cons

I find it funny how after some bad review that a good review often appears and a response is made by company rep almost in sync. As numerous others have said, I felt there was a lot of chaos and dysfunction at the company and a real lack of concern and wellbeing for staff. I believe it's a cop out to say that because tech had a lot of layoffs that it should be expected. People kept being added and added and I felt some people saw it as a shiny new toy when all these people came into the company. There were several warning signs of the macro environment impeding so why wasn't this factored in? Who has their eye on the ball? Many of these people were then let go in awful fashion in my opinion. People like me left other jobs at the prospect of working long term for the company and I personally felt like I have collateral damage from my experience
