No Employee Engagement Work Pressure, Less motivation

Worst place to work as there are very cheap level of politics by the management. Work culture is pathetic, Management following favoritism and one-sided thought process. Kartik Krishnan , Santosh Bhaadkulle are few names from the management. HR head was personally vising to each department and trying to manipulate the review about the company on social media by convening each of the employee. You should have to be CHAMCHA of the management to survive. Other vise they will keep resource in PIP. Do not make any mistake to join this third-class company. Even after leaving the organization, you have to be struggled to get full & final settlement amount. There are others many things but I don’t wanna to waste my time now. Don’t join this company by wasting you you valuable time of your life. You cannot trust whatever company will offer to you.
