House of power struggle

Pros

This no longer the place that it used to be. i joined this company 8 years back for what it was doing. I regret that decision to this day. No work life balance. There are no benefits of joining this company

Cons

There is a power struggle going on in this company between the original people who founded this company and ton's off people laid of by Oracle that these guys hired without any due consideration. This power struggle is being created by these laid off ex-Oracle employees who think that they are the know-all, be-all. This struggle is crushing and creating a lot of trouble for all the employees

Pros

Some of the best consultants (not to be confused with management which is "bigly" horrible) I have ever worked with - genuine knowledge champions. If you are willing to drive your personal life into reverse gear, this can be a great springboard, learning experience.

Cons

They will squeeze the life out of you like a lemon and throw you in the dustbin when you are drained out of juice. Their only mission is to make as much money as possible out of your existence, if you resist you will be called names, marked as a laggard what have you. I suffered through this for 2 years before deciding this is not the place where I can make a career.

Pros

No apparent benefits that I can think ok. Complete waste of time working here. Infosys, Wipro and other companies provide much better opportunities.

Cons

Overworks its employees by overloading them with multiple projects. Cheats its customer by assigning same resources to multiple projects. All projects are sold as 6-8 weeks !!! then end up taking years and customers take their frustration on consultants. If you join here you will keep coding all your life. Even Senior directors are coding !!
