      Pros

      I don't have to sell anyone- I do a needs analysis and build the exact plans my client wants. Although I have unlimited free leads, my leader offers even better free leads every single day. I'll be approaching my first residual check soon and have received a ton in just weekly bonuses already. Free leads, free CRM, work from home... I wish I found this sooner.

      Cons

      Although you get free leads it's still not a hand out, if you don't work you don't get paid. Like any insurance job.

      If you’re a self motivated person looking for unlimited earning potential, and willing to work hard for what you want, this is the place for you. Unmatched support, training, and investment constantly provided as you build your own career and business. Jessi (head of the agency) will back you, and really give her all to help you succeed.

      Cons

      None. The business is challenging, but any worthwhile pursuit is. Not for the lazy or unmotivated.
