Used to be a good company to work for, but that's changed completely over the past year. Two rounds of layoffs last year killed employee morale. And after one of Instarem's (part of NIUM) client's suspected involvement in money laundering earlier this year (you can look it up online), things have been going downhill even more.
If you're considering joining this company you should know this - current employees are desperate to leave the company, there is a new person resigning every other week. Those of us who haven't left yet are all looking for new jobs. A weak leadership team isn't helping either.
If you love company politics and blatant favoritism, then this is the company for you. If not, stay away at all cost.
