The company talks about how they care so much about their employees and that they're "rapidly" growing. In reality, they're struggling to find good talent and have a huge retention problem. The pay is much lower than I've seen in the job market which explains the turnover. There is always talk of work in the pipeline and how this next year will be huge, yet none of those projects get signed. The company is currently surviving on existing contracts that once they expire, I fear for the future.
We also hear plenty of talk about how there will be opportunities to move up in our career and take on more work. That is not true as they will hire outside for top positions and leave the existing employees trapped in their role.
