Management is condescending and cruel. This is the worst environment I have ever been apart of. The culture in the office was one of fear and bullying. There is a lack of direction from the CEO down to the Directors. You never knew what kind of humiliation you were going to witness from day to day. The CEO wears a great mask as she has lots of lackeys who would do her bidding. They may have a low termination rate but my first year on the job I witnessed more than 35 people quit and more than 50 my entire tenure. If you dare speak out they will terminate you. This company only values it's appearance.

The bad reviews are true. There are only a hand full of employees at Insyght that are truly happy and those are the Managers and Executives that have been with the company for years and are receiving Executive benefits. You are not asked...but forced to wear many hats at Insyght without proper compensation. Management is very condescending. The root cause of poor employee morale at Insyght is caused by management. They secretly post vacant positions, secretly promote their "favorite" employees, and expect you to suck it up, keep your nose to the grindstone, and don’t complain. Afterwards,they force colleagues to bond after they have created animosity. There is no accountability with Management. Management is killing the company’s productivity and it has already lead to significant retention, recruiting, and training costs.
