      Pros

      We manufacture medical Parts & devices which will improve people's way of life. Employees in all departments are very professional & dedicated to what they do.

      Cons

      When manufacturing medical devices there can be no errors in production or assembly. If devices malfunction in the field, you can kill someone. So you have to have extreme attention to detail.

      Good people to work with, varying customer base making it a challenge but can be very rewarding as you meet customer demands through the different restraints through the manufacturing process

      Cons

      Management turn over the last several years has led to disconnect between upper and middle management, poor sales, lack of leadership at top management and a lack of capital investment
