- Work hundreds of hours of overtime with no compensation (they have been penalized for this multiple times in the past by the Ministry of Labour) - They expect much more from you in your work than what your title is. As a Coordinator, I was running programs, autoshows, etc but not be paid accordingly even though I was doing the same as a Project Manager - the CEO treats employees as his personal assistants- completing personal expenses, ordering meals for family dinners, dropping off personal items for family, picking up kids from school, etc. - Senior management will micromanage everything you do. - There is incredibly high turnover of staff because of the long hours of work. - Pay is well below industry average
