      Casual Dress Code. Admin available after hours.

      Cons

      I witnessed quite a lot of nepotism. Husbands and wives working at the same location. Owner hiring personal friends from High School and a woman that I worked with was hired and proceeded to get a lead position even though she had no previous experience all because her best friend worked there. Also the owner loved talking about how great he was at staff meetings.Oh and a client who was autistic left the facility and was never found because of neglectful staff.

      Great way to get your foot in the door of the medical field, and meet great providers

      Cons

      The owner is money hungry and couldn’t care less about his employees and will over work and under pay you!
