The company was so unorganized. When I first got hired to enroll consumers into L.A County Medi-Cal, they sent me to Bakersfield for two weeks for training. This was a complete waste of my time. For one, they sent me in one rental car with another new employee who I have never met before. They set us up in an old run down hotel for two weeks. They didn't provide us with any spending money, all they said was that they would reimburse us after, which took 3 months. The worst part was that the training we received in Bakersfield was useless because they are in Kern County, and the regulations for enrollment there are completely different than in Los Angeles County.
