Management (CEO) is run by liar.Please visit the company before accepting the job. Company size is less than 8 people with frequent turn around. CEO (Kapali Eswaran) is liar & has multiple names - Christopher, etc. for each position/title. Lot of unethical activities, Software do not comply with HIPPA, Anytime the company can be shutdown for violating the laws, etc. If you are in work visa, they will say pay you an amount - for example: 55000 USD per year) and once they sponsor you they are holding your head and they will say either accept 45000 USD else we will fire you or revoke visa. You dont have a choice so you are stuck and screwed. They cannot sponsor green card because of the legal issues. 24 *7 Support calls, and software has lot of bugs. Please do not buy any applications from this company. This company is already busted and so he has started another company called 340Bsoftware. Very low pay 45000 USD for software development.

Code is very buggy 24/7 support waking up at 1am to someone who forgot their password Ceo kapali had a bad temper
