Licensed attorneys are not treated like professionals. We are required to check all of our personal belongings into a locker (including cell phones) before entering the work space. They say this is for "confidentiality purposes" to create a clean room environment. We are all already bound by ethical duties of priv and confidentiality. This is just a way to micro-manage and make people feel small.

they make you work over the weekends and even after working hours. they expect an engineer to always be on call for the production, even if it's the middle of the night or in the holidays. OT pay is almost nonexistent for an engineer because you need to complete 4 hours first, before they give you the "work extension" allowance, which is a base of around 200 only. upper management is toxic and micro-manages everything you do. sets high and unrealistic expectations. they also like to lowball on the job offer even if you deserve a higher salary given your experience and expertise.
