Enjoyed very much working for this company. Worked within a small team and they were absolutely the best team anyone could ask for. No politics, no office drama, no personality conflicts. Culture was a non-micromanaged atmosphere, very clear scope of job duties, with kindness and respect of each other as professionals. My manager fostered an environment of an open-door policy of listening to all concerns, consistently improving ways to grow the business, and helped with the individual development of every Sales Rep. It is personally important to me to mention that the management team always made me feel like I brought value to the company and appreciated for contributing to the growth of the business line. They will be missed.
