There are some really amazing people here. But many are drama starters and will throw you under the bus!

Lack of management directives, department leads will throw fits and slam doors and call their teams ‘worthless’ and ‘incompetent’, nepotism is strong here.

Management is constantly striving to communicate the company’s vision and department goals as often as needed, whether through department meetings or during our regular 1x1s. It may not always be perfect, but it’s always a goal of the Senior Leadership Team to communicate authentically and professionally.

75% of the employees have very high tenures with 10+ years at the company, this says a lot about a company and how they take care of their employees. They are all very experienced in their fields and will help you every step of the way if you are a new employee. Leadership will also listen to your input and consider feedback and recommendations even from the bottom tier.
Cons
At times they are slow to make decisions but once they do they are 100% all on board.
