People in managerial positions are lacking the competence and empathy to lead their employees. The company will squeeze as much as it can out of you and simply hire a new person to replace you when you no longer have anything left to give. Anything that is promised to you by the leadership and/or middle management is very unlikely to actually happen. There is no stability or feeling of being safe in the company. It is very easy to get reprimanded for any mistakes you might have made, but almost impossible to gain recognition outside of a congratulatory message on Slack.

It's only there so you can get a doctor's note to ask for sick leave. There aren't even in person doctor visits or prescriptions. Only advice, which you can Google for yourself. - No opportunity or room to grow. Or then you grow but without the corresponding salary raises or benefits, and maybe even without the title change.
