Pros
Treated very well and paid well. I've worked most of the available positions. I started with zero experience and was given the opportunity to work my way all the way up to management.
Cons
Its hard work, which to me (and many) this is not a con. But to some, they have allergies to hard work. (Explains our countries current position)
