Pros
Senior management was young, and with the nature of the company being a start-up, there was alot of interaction between senior management and interns. Flexible work hours. Allowed me an opportunity to develop my rapport building skills as well general selling skills.
Cons
It was essentially door-to-door sales, where interns acted as a sub-contractor for the company. Commission based pay was not great. Management lacked experience. Little opportunity for growth within the company.
