      Pros

      Many of Intelemark's independent contractors have been on board for more than 5 years. We enjoy the many conveniences of working from home and having somewhat flexible schedules. Nights or weekends are never required. The office and administrative staff are professional and honest. I have gained skills in technology, management, and communication.

      Cons

      Independent contractors are responsible for their own insurance and taxes. It takes a certain level of maturity to work unsupervised and to stay focused and on task.

      Pros

      The support staff including upper management, production managers, admin, and data department are all friendly and helpful. We are compensated fairly and always on time. There are many personal advantages that come with the ability to work remotely. We have an opportunity to hear from our company's CEO each month during a team call.

      Cons

      Working from home does require a bit more discipline than working in an office environment. A less focused individual could find themselves distracted or getting off task.

      Pros

      Working at Intelemark has been the best job, by far, I have ever had. The employees are extremely helpful and the camaraderie makes you want to get up and rush to work everyday. The CEO and COO are very hands on and encouraging. They are always available at a moments notice. Intelemark is an amazing place to work!
