Awesome team, great compensation and benefits. No one is micromanaging anyone and everyone is mostly open to feedback. Wouldn't be happier to be here 🥰

We put a lot of effort into keeping feedback flowing and the environment collaborative, so it’s encouraging to hear that reflected back. We also hear you on the night shift. It’s not always easy, and we recognize the toll it can take. While 24/7 support is a key part of what we do, we’re always exploring ways to make those hours more sustainable and to better support the people covering them.
