Pros

Decent base salary, that might be the only pro. Well, that and having other reps to complain with.

Cons

The list would be very long but to summarize: pure chaos and a new flavor of the week every single week with zero input from boots on the ground. Get used to not asking questions and having no voice. Leadership says jump and your only answer better be how high. It's a wild west startup but somehow also comes with strict ROE that make absolutely no sense. Initially a cool product but there is zero direction and leadership needs some serious work.

Dynamic market in a new space mix of AI and mission driven. Customers are getting warmer each quarter to the importance of our next gen EHS platform to keep their workers safer than ever. Get to work with global enterprise customers. Fast pace startup, large series B funding allowed GTM team expansion this year. Great support across the company, fun so far

Cons

Product and market is new to this tech, lot of customer educating. SDR and mqls support is present, AEs have to build their own pipeline to hit quota
