They understand that we are all human, and will do everything they can to support you. It's not a typical 9-5, employees work all around the world. The work schedule is flexible and as long as you're able to get your work done - you can pick your own hours and work from anywhere. They focus on finding great employees first - and then on the work that needs to be done. This leads to increased flexibility in your job position based on what you really enjoy - and finding a way to "fire" yourself from tasks you don't like as much.

I have worked with Junto for more than 3-years and have been not been surprised by the growth rate of the company. Everyone I've been in contact with at Junto is knowledgable and talented in their respective fields and truly care about delivering a product that exceeds client expectations. The ability to work remote is a huge plus and the team communication is excellent.
