Pay higher ups get 100k plus a year and say can't pay you more any extra money you get is heavily taxed for their benefit no path for growth unless you kiss but and wanna do management they hire lazy ppl so you work hard so they keep a job

if your expecting to get paid for your hard work or experience forget about it unless you have a degree and doing that job. favoritism is high and who is friends or likes who. the people who actually keep the company in business don't get their due and are not paid accordingly.
