      None, this company offers nothing.

      Cons

      Company is falling apart at the seems. Company's attitude towards employees is that they are dispensable. Company often lies to customers, putting retail associates in direct confrontation with customers. Bosses often lie to employees, intentionally wrong footing them. Endless backbiting and back stabbing behind the scenes. Can't trust any of your superiors or coworkers. Nothing gets done and professionals often leave never to be replaced. Surprised the company hasn't driven itself into the ground yet.

      So much potential....yet crippled by Directorship.

      Pros

      Benefits are pretty standard. Helping low income individuals and struggling comunities have access to technology feels great! Interconnection's friendly and knowledgable staff are some of the brightest people I have ever worked with. This place has amazing potential!!!

      Cons

      Draconian micro managment, low pay and little to no room for advancement. No clear channels of communication from upper managment. Sometimes ethics fall by the wayside so we can "get product out".
