Pros

They are good at deceiving new graduates to sign contracts.

Cons

They don't treat people well, they bribe in order to put good reviews on glassdoor. They are horrible. They live on therapist hard work and don't even care about their health, they threaten not to pay.

We at InterFysio highly value the input we gain from employees and from potential candidates alike. By remaining open to criticism, we are able to better serve our employees and their needs. However, we take exception to the idea that our company "enslaves immigrants" or takes advantage of anyone. First and foremost, associating involuntary, compelled enslavement with voluntary, contractual employment, which is accompanied by a competitive salary and benefits package, is absolutely repugnant. Although we cannot remove this vulgar comment, we hope that others who see it will be reminded that associating voluntary employment with slavery is absolutely indecent and inappropriate. Secondly, all candidates are made an offer of employment, the terms of which they retain the option to voluntarily agree to or to decline. We provide ample opportunities to discuss the terms of this agreement in great detail and reserve the right to pass on candidates who cannot agree to its terms. The candidate also retains the right to reject its terms and decline the contract. At no point is any candidate placed under any sort of duress or threat to sign a contract. In fact, we at InterFysio often field applications from candidates who have been placed in precarious situations by their former employers and are proud of our reputation within the industry for our commitment to excellence. We regret that you have chosen this public forum to air your grievances, rather than discussing them in person with us, and we invite you to do so at your convenience.

Pros

Working with them from past 4-5 years... Can't find anything as Pros yet. If hiring international professionals, bringing them to the US, bind them with twisted contracts & paying them way lower than American citizens considered as "Pros" then that's a different thing.

Cons

I think I have already mentioned the "Cons" in the 'Pros" section. In addition they have started suing employees if they want to leave the job due to legitimate reason. If you see the previous reviews there are some very nice reviews about them (they are dated back to back!!). Please don't fall for those reviews, those are paid reviews!! These paid "nice" reviews have been posted after some truthful reviews were posted by their "victims".

InterFysio Response

We at InterFysio appreciate and respect the hard work of all of our employees and strive to provide the utmost in professional service to our clients. Part of this means hiring only highly qualified therapists and investing time and money into their sponsorship and training, so it should be obvious that we would have a vested interest in retaining these employees. Our employment contracts are simple and plainly state the terms, and we offer therapists every opportunity to inquire regarding any concerns they may have before signing. In general, our contracts are valid for three years at a time, so we find it hard to believe that anyone who has been working for our company for the period of time stated above would not have had the opportunity to reconsider their contracts. As sponsors of non-immigrant visas, we have a responsibility to our therapists, so to state that we are in some way taking advantage of someone who voluntarily signs an extension of their existing contract to remain in the United States is quite concerning. The reason our therapists are contracted is because we spend a significant amount of time, energy, and resources providing immigration support at no cost to our employees, including sponsorship for legal permanent residency. This often comes at a loss to our company in the short term and serves as proof of our investment in our therapists. In addition, we at interFysio provide therapists with excellent opportunities to grow their skill set in the U.S. that would otherwise not be available to a therapist without any U.S. experience.

Pros

Files your VISA (well most of the agencies do... they are not doing anything special)

Cons

Treats employees very poorly. No raise in salary (believe me working with them for 4 years), if they can't find 40 hours assignment for you they threat you to reduce your salary, no timely filing of green card, very inappropriate and insulting language while communicating with the employees, make you run everywhere to complete your 40 hours.
