Pros

Great to learn the indusrty from the ground up

Cons

The workload at IAB can be quite demanding, and there appears to be limited opportunity for career advancement in certain areas of the organization. Additionally, some ELT members have longstanding tenure, which can make upward mobility less frequent as leadership positions do not open up often.

Pros

Great exposure to senior leadership and the broader digital advertising industry early on. The role provides visibility into high-level operations and strategy. Team members are generally supportive and there is strong potential for learning and growth.

Cons

It’s a fast-paced environment with constantly shifting priorities, which can be tough to navigate early on. Some processes and expectations are still evolving, which can lead to a bit of confusion at times. More structure and clarity would go a long way in improving alignment and execution across teams.

Pros

Great work life balance, lots of benefits. Unlimited PTO, lots of good people to work with and overall solid enviornment.

Cons

No clear indicator on upward movement. Different managers move goal posts. No real career path laid out. Upper management never in unison on many large topics. Pay is lower in comparison to the industry.
