Transparency by the management team on the directions the company is taking, the challenges being faced The vision of the company to want to do something different for the world of marketing Giving people an opportunity to find their talent and grow No politics Very down to earth environment

Cons

More formal on-the-job training would help to get new comers better acquainted with their job

Pros

Nothing. Just that they are good at Marketing and are able to sell a half baked horrible product to very big organisations.

Cons

1. Unethical management, mismanage funds, do not hire right talent and whoever is hired doesn't gets paid well. 2. Salaries were delayed by up to 3 months, management has no vision. Have not received last 3 months salary even after 2 years. 3. They fooled clients claiming such product qualities that do not exist or were under development at that time. 4. Company get employees to write great reviews to nullify real reviews. 5. The product called Resulticks was very bad, half modules do not work. 6. HR and senior management are irresponsible. They don't care about employees and there families.
