We’re sorry to hear of your disappointment with the workload and the pay Interamerican offers. Our aims is to provide our employees with salaries that are aligned with the market average salaries or even more. Thus, we would not consider our salaries as close to minimum. However we're always looking to improve our offerings to our employees as we consider them to be our greatest asset. Also our vision is to help people live longer, safer and this is why we have established a flexible/remote working model. We aim on making easier for our employees to find a balance between their work and personal lives. We fully understand though that that during critical periods, the workload may be higher than expected and we are trying to do our best to improve that.
