Weak incompetent HR. Some more concerned about raises than employees. Pathetic unqualified managers with no empathy. Liars Watch yourself HR doesn't support you they are worthless

Less stressful than Pierce or King County. East to get vacations.

Cons

Pay is terrible. Not enough sick time, if you get sick from the homeless population on your bus and use all your sick time, it takes forever to build it back up.
