Pros

The company offers innovative products in data, providing exposure to cutting-edge areas of technology, finance, ESG, derivatives markets, and real-time information. Additionally, the presence of a global workforce provides opportunities to collaborate with talented professionals from around the world.

Cons

Unfortunately, sales leadership demonstrates extremely unacceptable and unethical behavior, engaging in abusive conduct and participating in activities such as visiting certain clubs and other establishments that are clearly unethical. This creates an unfavorable work environment, particularly for women. It is concerning that both the leadership and human resources turn a blind eye to these issues and fail to address them appropriately.
