Lowest Salaries offered to Design Engineers. Salary hikes are not based on talent or knowledge evaluation, its done by face value. Everyone is forced for Extra working even if the client is not asking for it. High level of employee attrition rates, resulting tremendous workload on everyone. Within 3 to 4 months after joining I realized that I made a wrong decision. Relieving clauses in appointment letter are very unilateral and force every employee to stay for 3 months. I doubt if HR department is at all Existing in this organization. There are no employee friendly initiatives. Such was the pathetic working condition that 8 members from as Design team resigned at same time last year. Food Served during Night shift is Stale & unhygienic.

Non friendly Employee policy. I was forced to resign from my Job by management due to a small supply issue though it was not my direct deliverable. had served for more than 4 years for this company and got this Reward in exchange. Company pays salary very low than market standards. Handwork does not pay off here. Appraisal are not based on deliverable. Yearly targets are not fixed. Employees are forced to complete 3 months notice period, otherwise their salary is hold by HR. HR threatens to employees to hold Relieving documents. Employees are forced to work extra, as there is lack of manpower due to company policy. everyday few people resign from here. Company reputation is so bad, that Candidate don't accept company offers, and HR always struggles to find good candidates at low salary.
