Startup company with no respect for current employees

Competitive salaries. Quiet office. Nice office.
Cons
The atmosphere in the office is not pleasant. There is a fear culture in the company after several employees have been fired or never returned to work after an absence. People are not respected and several employees have witnessed C-level executives and directors have shouting matches at employees for not subscribing to the same opinion as them. As a development team we are left alone but we are not given permission to do simple tasks. Very much not a startup atmosphere and very very conservative management. Stay away!
