Pros
Location. Right at Dhoby Ghaut MRT. Some people can be quite inspiring (but they eventually get worn out and leave) .
Cons
Singapore office, unlike in US, is a very toxic work environment. IT department is one perfect example where the management (and his side kick) abuses the staff, favour those who kiss up, they don't like anyone who questions their competency or is seen challenging them. The good workers have all left as a result and now they scrape the bottom of the bin for obedient and desperate workers, who will no doubt leave as soon as they find a better offer.
