rude people, screaming boss, scary working culture. They took everyone in the company including myself to a strip club one night. Super weird and gross

Flexibility when you don’t abuse it and easy work

Cons

Some managers should not be managers. Decisions are not well thought through. Feel like you have to walk on eggshells around management, if you get on their bad side, you get pushed out. Can’t speak up, micromanaged
