Pros
The company is employee owned by ALL of its employees. Benefits are excellent. They have a great working culture and promote teamwork/collaboration across all offices. They are not afraid to invest in their employees and the latest-greatest, industry technology. I have worked in a few different positions here over the years and the company has been a great proponent of career advancement. Upper management listens to what the employees need and the company is transitioning into a more flexible working environment. Out of all the firms I have worked for, this one is above the rest by a wide margin.
Cons
The company currently has a leaner corporate staff which tends to get backlogged. Although, adequate staffing has been a common challenge across the entire industry with the recent growth and tight job market.

They are a family-oriented, employee-owned company with a great work/life balance, & 100% paid healthcare. They offer flexible schedules, continued education, and professional development.
Cons
The dental insurance is a little more expensive than my previous jobs but not paying for healthcare insurance more than makes up for it.
