Pros
- There is a very close knit sense of family within the teams. People are always willing to lend a hand wherever needed and communication is always easy amongst the denizens working at the company. - The office offers a decent gym and most of the monthly events are enjoyable to a point. As mentioned before, the people are the highlight of this company. This is unfortunately greatly overshadowed due to how poorly they are treated.
Cons
Where to start? - Any sort of appreciation or acknowledgement for hard work or going the extra mile is entirely surface level. You'll get a "thank you" and "keep up the good work" with nothing else to show for it. - Your pay will start low and will remain low. The company pays well below the national average for many of its job postings. When prompting for a raise in your salary to get within range of that average you will simply be met with "we pay for the area". I joined below the bracket for my job title and with every promotion, I remained below the salary bracket for that title. - From reading through the other reviews and hearing horror stories from other ex-employees, it bears a striking similarity to turning around and watching a sinking ship. - While there is much more to say and many more cons I have, luckily, not had to deal with the inhumane treatment of the staff during the lock-down. I gladly wash my hands of this company and wish you all the worst.
