"It is not practically possible to receive a one star review rating all the time. Indeed we are not happy that your experience working here has been unsatisfactory and means that in your case, we have failed somewhere along the line. Moreover, Change is challenging at times. As you are aware we are still a growing company with multiple structural change at place with an awesome client list that is rapidly expanding; we are now competing on a more global scale, which requires a slightly tweaked strategy which takes a little time for stabilization. As a Global Organization, support and service department are centralized from work delivery aspect at IntraEdge for better streamlining and process implementation. We often see a misinterpretation of this from an employee level. Thank you for leaving this impression here along with your feedback on what can be improved. This will surely be taken into consideration. We take all concerns very seriously. Please email us directly at hrindia@intraedge.com to discuss how we can improve. We strive towards becoming better at what we do, and this is a matter we will certainly look to improve upon in the future."

Horrible shady h1b bodyshop

Pros

damn good at PR and fronting. know how to present an image of a consulting IT firm but in reality is a sleezy h1b body shop with unethical and possibly illegal practices. they work with h1bs and help with green card. also they help during bad times. but overall a very dicey bodyshop. only those who kiss up to ceo are treated somehwat decent- others are treated like dirt if you are staff. if you are consultant you are just a slave working to buuy your freedom

Cons

all good reviews are ghost written by the ceo himslef who is a very shady person. the past for review sites like goolti the family members of ceo used to write good reviews but were exposed.

The statements by this person are not accurate in any way and do not reflect in any way on IntraEdge. The person who posted these comments obviously has an issue that was never brought to management to get resolved in a professional manner.

Pros

Nothing positive can be said about this firm and their greedy, spineless management, who have no social responsibility except to themselves

Cons

I was offered a job at intraedge while living on the east coast. Despite asking numerous times who the end client for the position was, it was not fully disclosed until orientation. The project was with the Mormon church in Utah. Oddly, the client was described as not knowing that intraedge had been contracted with by another firm in Utah to do the project. IntraEdge would hide their identity during video conferences because the Mormon church thought it was the staffing firm in utah during the conferences. This project was a religious conflict for me, and such events should be legally reprimandable. After I told them that this was an unforeseen conflict for me, they later called me in to "casually chat" about another project which was really a disorganized mess that they made up....it made no sense what they were trying to do in the project. Days after I honestly said I was not sure how I could contribute to the next project, during what they said would be a "no pressure" discussion, they terminated me. They invented some fake project for which I had no relative experience as a ploy to say they could legally fire me due to in subordination .....all this after luring me across country for a misleading role. This form has no social responsibility. They made little effort to help me find another position. Kal and all his gang just casually wiped their hands of what has been unethical employment treatment, and today I am still in a unfamiliar geographical market with no employment.

This review is highly inaccurate, malicious and distorts the facts of the situation. In all circumstances, we go above and beyond to make sure candidates are the right match for the job, and this resource was no exception. We went to great lengths and gave this resource every opportunity to work on projects other than the one in question. He was unwilling or technically unable to take advantage of these opportunities. As a result, we had to terminate employment.
