      BE AWARE! Don't work with this bunch of loosers!

      Free coffee. If you dare to drink it!

      Bored to death! You are going to be outsourced for a big company (Intracom is a supplier actually) in the field and you end up doing boring stuff. They play the piano and you dance, no questions asked!!! In a few years you are going to forget any valuable technology you know. Ridiculous pay and salary reductions due to austerity measures! It takes forever to get any kind of promotion. Good luck taking time off, despite there being an overtime "day-off policy". Your code is constantly invaded, and pillaged by half-witted numb-nuts that would rather change your code to kowtow to a half-baked QE test, rather than fix the test.

      -Relaxed environment -Interesting work in some teams

      Cons

      - Terrible salary. The firm takes advantage of the bad economic conditions in order to pay ridiculous salaries for highly talented and qualified engineers. -No opportunities whatsoever to move up the ladder. -Old equipment (PCs) and tools - Management is not qualified for management level.

      Great school of knowledge, yet poor management and no personal evolution

      - Technology school; you can learn a lot - Good work vs personal life balance

      Cons

      - Salaries went down once and frozen there - Virtual evaluation procedure: just for the ISO, no one gets rewarded based on their evaluation - No personal evolution ending up doing same things for decades - Too many managers, too few engineers - Upper managers are the same for decades, with frozen minds from the past - Building too old; has major issues including moisture on walls and poor cleaning from outsource cleaning company
