Badly let down, made redundant after just over 6 months in the role

Some bright people at the company, interesting product, and they try to make it a fun place to work.
Cons
I felt that senior management are stretched very thin and always firefighting, so don't have time to support their teams adequately or to provide the information needed to delegate effectively. This has become self perpetuating. They do "scrum but..." I came to feel not safe to share honest feedback and improvement suggestions in retrospectives. The goalposts seemed to keep moving, there's not patience to allow people to complete stuff if it does not generate immediately visible results. I left a stable job where I had been 5 years, thinking this was going to be a dream job. I was made redundant after just over 6 months as my skillset "no longer fitted the new strategy". They employ people outside the US through remote.com, and the benefits package was almost non existent
