    Unplanned layoffs everywhere. No explanations on why they do layoffs or letting go high performers. Changed stock vesting to 4 years period. So much politics

    Pros

    Best of class company benefit that include stocks, family medical, flexi-medical, dental, maternity reimbursement, and tuition assistance.

    Cons

    Management are inconsiderate in sudden shut down of Singapore operation, retrenching all employee, not providing assistance to employee to transfer to other offices, and make up excuse of Singapore office rental is too expensive and underutilised. Other geos be aware the same might happen.

    very flexible with work time for better work balance you can cover many things and learn a lot in small time

    Cons

    frustrating place to work, cover many things as collaboration is only one way management is blind about the office situation and stop trying to look good to senior leadership Management should have a better understanding of the work to be done ... luckily some fresh blood makes things better.
