      Pros

      Without doubt the best place I’ve ever worked. There is a fantastic company culture and it’s really refreshing to work with such an approachable executive team. I feel that my ideas and feedback are always valued and there’s a real opportunity for career progression. Without doubt, the people make Invenias and it really is a fun place to work.

      Exciting and challenging work with a great team and a really good family atmosphere throughout, i actually look forward to coming to work.

      Pros

      You walk into a comfortable, collaborative top floor office in central Reading with great views over the town. There are many opportunities in the business for personal development and many training courses to sharpen up on your skills. The staff are like minded, very social and usually hang out on weekends together.

      Cons

      The only thing I can think of is that we need a bigger (beer) fridge
