Pros
- Great work environment. Friendly people, very social, very welcoming. - Exposure to difficult/more interesting work when you have proven yourself. - Hybrid working. - Great location - Good work/life balance - Supportive line managers.
Cons
- Poor infrastrucutre for a software company. Unwilling to spend money for better infrastructure. - Employees expected to use their own laptops when working from home. - No anonymous feedback set up for employees. - Higher performing employees are not financially rewarded to industry standards during pay review.

No pros at all, apart from it is diverse.
Cons
Very poor management, senior staff are not supportive. No decent training. Unrealistically high expectations and a crazy blame and guilt culture. No career support. Would not recommend to anyone, senior or junior. Compensation and benefits are appalling. No trust in colleagues.
