High stress company. No room to move forward, regardless of what they tell you. No structure. Lack of visibility into the company and decisions that will affect you. In all honesty, I loved working for this company when I first started there. But as time went on, they completely lost who they are. I have never had to work so hard to be respected or to be treated like an adult. The hoops I had to jump through and the toxic management I endured while I was there completely out shadows everything else.

To start, there have been 3 major layoffs within the past year. The most recent included eliminating more than 50% of the marketing team. Frequent layoffs have resulted in immense polarization among existing employees: some are fearful of losing their jobs and are going above and beyond, while others have lost hope and are checked out, knowing there are likely more layoffs ahead. There has been more turnover in leadership roles than I have encountered at any other company. Zero stability. Leadership continuously talks about “transparency” yet exercises the exact opposite of that. Too much ambiguity, not enough accountability. A handful of amazing employees (and genuinely good people) bend over backwards for a company who would clearly let them go in a heartbeat. These individuals deserve better. You know who you are. When I first started the culture was admirable, fun and unique - that is no longer the case. It is the strangest environment I have experienced in my career. I would not recommend working here.
